Gameplay

The game is similar to the popular Wii title Just Dance in that players dance, mimicking choreography shown on screen and acquire points based on performance.[1]

Reception

James Newton from KINECTaku gave the game a seven out of ten rating saying, "Despite some flaws, The Black Eyed Peas Experience is still an exciting and very enjoyable dance title".[2]

Metacritic.com combined the ratings from multiple independent reviews of the game to give The Black Eyed Peas Experience a 65 out of 100.[3] Many critics noted that the game is likely to be more enjoyable to fans of the group.

Michael Dupont from IGN gave the game a 3 out of 10 rating, saying that "The language is inappropriate and the game is not rated properly and the dance moves for the Kinect are laggy beyond control. This game serves no other purpose but to make people look stupid and the game should only be purchased as a gag gift to people they do not like.” [4]

Frank Kerner from Geek Preview gave it a 7.1 out of 10. In response to the graphics, he is quoted as saying "While the sets, clubs, or whatever the hell that was we were dancing in was pretty awesome and futuristic, everything else seemed like it could be a bit more polished."[5]
